Much lauded feedback cancellation has, so far, proved totally ineffective and using a telephone is problematical beyond belief (use a telephone and it squeals like crazy!). +ve: Small, unobtrusive, can be a style statement, good if you need a vocal boost but a completely in-ear is a step too far.
